We process personal data such as name, address, e-mail address and, where applicable, payment and order data solely for the purpose of processing your order and performing the contract (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR). If you subscribe to our newsletter, your e-mail address will be processed for sending information on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR).

Server log files

When you visit our website, our hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits (IP address, date and time of access, requested page, browser type and operating system). This data is used to ensure secure and stable operation of the website on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR) and is not combined with other data sources.

Marketing and statistics: Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Facebook / Instagram) via the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API.

Where data is transferred to recipients in the USA (Google, Meta and, where applicable, others), this is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or an adequacy decision under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45, 46 GDPR). You can request a copy of the safeguards taken from us at any time.

5. Storage period

Personal data is stored for as long as it is required for order processing and for the commercial and tax retention obligations (in accordance with the German Commercial Code – HGB – and the German Tax Code – AO). Afterwards, the data is deleted.

6. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21), as well as the right to withdraw a given consent at any time with effect for the future.
